Acidity is arising in body due to:
- acidic food like meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, sweets, alcohol, soda, black tea, coffee.
- negative emotions like anger, despair...
- lots of sport
In order to restore an acid-base balance in body following steps are recommended:
- to eat a lot of food rich in vitamins and mineral nutrients which are fruits and vegetable, and decrease the quantity of acidic food.
- Drink still mineral water or/and herbal tea.
- to use daily alkaline body care as it has a purifying effect on body and helps eliminating acidity.
